The first edition of PerfeTTO Match-Up, held in September 2025, confirmed PerfeTTO Network as a hub to foster high-value connections between research, industry, and investors in the Life Sciences.

Through round tables, pitch sessions, and networking activities, the event brought together 250 participants and over 70 companies and investors from across the Life Science ecosystem. This blended community exchanged perspectives on the challenges and opportunities of technology transfer, creating a fertile ground for new collaborations.

28 national and international speakers opened a broad space for discussion on key strategic topics for the European landscape through interactive round tables. Discussions delved into emerging investment perspectives in tech transfer, opportunities within the European ecosystem, collaboration models between research hospitals and industry, and the importance of talent in turning ideas into products. 

The heart of the event was the pitch sessions which displayed 17 innovative projects from the PerfeTTO TT Accelerator programme. A showcase of business opportunities with technologies ranging from precision oncology and regenerative medicine to next-generation diagnostic platforms and artificial intelligence applied to healthcare.

During Match-Up, participants could network and arrange meetings in dedicated spaces with the help of the business matching digital platform. More than 250 B2B meetings were held by delegates of research organisations, companies, and investors, confirming PerfeTTO Match-Up as an accelerator of collaboration and a bridge between research and industry.

Looking ahead to the second edition: Match-Up will be back on July 1-3 in 2026

Building on these results, PerfeTTO Network renews its commitment to connecting expertise, fostering partnerships, and generating impact.
